ISO ha redatto un interessante documento di cui si raccomanda l'utilizzo e l'applicazione alle organizzazioni certificate UNI EN ISO 9001:2000: “ISO 9000 Introduction and Support Package: Guidance on the Concept and Use of the Process Approach for management systems”.
